MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A School Counselors must posses: 1) Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling; and 2) Compliance with Bulletin 746, Revised. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS 1) Three years of successful teaching experiences; and 2) May vary with specific positions.
