NURSE TEACHER (CNA PROGRAM) 

Qualifications:  Must have current Louisiana licensure as a registered nurse; minimum of two of the past four years of experience in staff nursing or RN nursing education - one year of this experience must be in caring for the elderly or chronically ill; must have a CNA “Train the Trainer Certificate” and meet certified nursing assistant regulations, as mandated by the Louisiana Department of Health & Hospitals, Health Standards Section; must be eligible for a CTTIE-1 through LA Department of Education.
